Once again Tom was asked by Global News to Weigh in on the Calgary housing market. With Inventory being at an almost 20-year low, many potential buyers are faced with a great deal of competition when finding and securing a home. One of the reasons for the limited supply, he explained, was that some homeowners may be choosing to wait to sell their existing homes. Hoping for prices to rise as interest rates start to fall.
