This month, we stepped out of Calgary for a quick market research trip, and what we saw was eye-opening.

Others are still experiencing strong upward pressure from limited supply and steady buyer demand. Visiting in person gave us a feel for the subtleties behind the stats: who’s buying, what they’re avoiding, and how pricing psychology is evolving on the ground.
